Nasal/Nose Prostheses
A nasal prothesis can restore aesthetic appearance, improve facial symmetry and may assist with psychological recovery by improving self-esteem.
Ideally we like to take pre-surgical scans if the patient needs a total or partial rhinectomy. It is also important to have pre-surgical photos of the patient so we can create a close likeness of their nose.
The nasal prosthesis is designed to stay securely in place with medical grade adhesive or implant retention or combination of both systems. In some cases, anatomical retention is possible.
